Each container is designed to catalyse identity-level transformation within a focused, immersive timeframe. Sessions are spaced intentionally to allow integration, stabilising structural shifts at the nervous system level.
Ongoing voice support is included throughout your container and for six weeks following completion, ensuring alignment consolidates as external circumstances reorganise.

What is this exactly, is it coaching, therapy, or something else?

A quiet safe and comfortable space for the session itself. No other preparation needed.

You'll be supported with voice notes between sessions, as well as frequency guidance when needed.

Core is 7 weeks, best for focused activation in one life pillar.
Advanced is 9 weeks, for deeper layers, complex patterns, or multidimensional activation.
Bespoke is 12 weeks, completely customised, support across multiple areas with greater fluidity.
What if I miss a session?
Life happens. We’ll reschedule where possible, and you’ll still receive energetic support between sessions.
