Visit our website at http://www.isabelstyles.com,

This Privacy Notice explains how Aspect.33 GmbH collects and uses personal data when you visit our website, contact us, purchase or participate in an offering, or subscribe to our communications.

Our services are offered internationally, online and in person. We process personal data primarily under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection. Where another privacy law applies to a particular activity, including the UK GDPR or an applicable United States state privacy law, we also comply with its mandatory requirements.

The controller is:

Aspect.33 GmbH
Haldenstrasse 5
6340 Baar, Zug
Switzerland

Email: isabel@aspect33.com

References to “Isabel Styles”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Aspect.33 GmbH.

2. What personal data we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • your name, email address, telephone number and billing address;

  • your occupation, professional role or organisation;

  • information submitted through an enquiry, application or intake form;

  • appointment, registration and attendance information;

  • emails, messages, voice notes and files you send;

  • information you choose to share during a private session or immersion;

  • feedback or testimonials you provide;

  • technical information such as your IP address, device, browser, approximate location, pages visited and cookie identifiers.

Because of the nature of our services, you may choose to disclose information about your relationships, emotional experiences, wellbeing or personal circumstances. Some of this may be regarded as sensitive personal data under applicable law.

We process such information only where it is relevant to the service and you have chosen to provide it.

Please do not provide personal data about another person unless you are entitled to do so.

3. How and why we use personal data

We use personal data to:

  • respond to enquiries and arrange initial conversations;

  • assess whether an offering is appropriate;

  • deliver individual sessions and private immersions;

  • administer New Moon Retreats and other group events;

  • manage bookings, subscriptions, payments and refunds;

  • send Zoom links, venue information and service communications;

  • provide between-session and integration support;

  • maintain contractual, financial and administrative records;

  • send marketing communications where permitted;

  • maintain the security and operation of our website;

  • understand website use and improve our services;

  • measure advertising activity where permitted;

  • comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations;

  • establish or defend legal claims.

We do not sell personal data.

4. Legal grounds

Under Swiss law, personal data is processed in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, good faith, proportionality, transparency, purpose limitation and data security.

Where the UK GDPR or another law requiring a stated legal basis applies, we rely on one or more of the following:

  • performance of a contract or steps taken before entering one;

  • consent;

  • our legitimate interests in operating, improving and protecting our services;

  • compliance with legal obligations;

  • the establishment or defence of legal claims;

  • protection of vital interests in exceptional circumstances.

Where consent is required, you may withdraw it at any time. This does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.

Where UK special-category information is processed, an additional lawful condition will be identified where required. UK guidance requires organisations to determine and document an appropriate lawful basis before processing begins.

5. Private sessions and immersions

Individual sessions and private immersions may be delivered through Zoom or in person.

We use information shared during the engagement to prepare for and deliver the agreed work, maintain continuity and provide associated support.

Private information will not be shared with an employer, company, family office, family member or other third party without your prior agreement, unless disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary in response to a serious and immediate safety concern.

Private sessions are not recorded unless everyone involved agrees in advance.

6. New Moon Retreats and other group events

New Moon Retreats are generally delivered online through Zoom and may be purchased individually or through a monthly subscription.

New Moon Retreat attendees do not participate verbally and are not required to use their camera or microphone. You may change your Zoom profile name before joining if you do not wish your usual name to be visible to other attendees.

Changing your profile name does not make you fully anonymous to Aspect.33 GmbH, Zoom or the relevant payment and registration providers.

We may also offer other online or in-person group events. The relevant booking information will explain whether attendees participate and whether an event is recorded.

Where attendee participation is permitted, information shared by attendees is voluntary. Although attendees may be asked to respect the privacy of others, we cannot guarantee confidentiality between participants.

Attendees must not record or share another person’s contribution without permission.

7. Recordings

A New Moon Retreat or another group event may be recorded where this is stated before booking or participation.

New Moon Retreat recordings are intended to contain only the material presented by Isabel Styles. We take reasonable steps to avoid including attendee names, images, voices or other identifying information.

Where another group event includes attendee participation, attendees will be informed before any recording begins.

Recordings supplied to attendees are for personal use and must not be copied or distributed.

8. Service providers and sharing

We may use third-party providers for:

  • website hosting and forms, such as Squarespace;

  • online delivery, such as Zoom;

  • payments and subscriptions, such as Stripe or Worldpay;

  • email communications, such as Flodesk;

  • email or messaging, such as Proton Mail, WhatsApp or Threema;

  • analytics and advertising, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads or Meta, where enabled;

  • accounting, legal and other professional services.

These providers receive only the information reasonably necessary for their function. Some process personal data under our instructions, while others process information under their own legal responsibilities and privacy notices.

We may also disclose information where legally required or in connection with a sale, restructuring or transfer of the business.

9. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses essential cookies for functions such as security, navigation, forms, payments and remembering privacy preferences.

Where enabled, analytics or advertising technologies may collect information about website visits and interactions.

Non-essential technologies are managed through the website’s cookie controls where required. You may also control cookies through your browser settings.

Only include Google Analytics, Google Ads or Meta Pixel in the published notice if they are actually installed or active.

10. International processing

Because our services are offered internationally and use global technology providers, personal data may be processed in Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, the United States and other countries in which our providers operate.

Some countries may not provide the same level of legal protection as Switzerland or the United Kingdom.

Where required, international transfers are supported by an adequacy decision, recognised contractual clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism. You may request further information by contacting us.

Swiss law requires notice of relevant overseas disclosures, while UK law requires information about applicable transfer safeguards.

11. How long we keep personal data

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, manage our relationship with you, comply with legal and accounting obligations and establish or defend legal claims.

When information is no longer required, it is deleted or anonymised. Some information may remain temporarily in secure backups until those backups are replaced in the ordinary course.

Contracts, invoices and financial records may be retained for the period required by Swiss law.

12. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including access controls, secure accounts, reputable providers and encrypted services where appropriate.

No electronic service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your own devices, accounts, passwords and access links.

13. Your rights

Depending on the applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • request access to your personal data;

  • request correction of inaccurate data;

  • request deletion where appropriate;

  • withdraw consent;

  • object to or request restriction of certain processing;

  • receive certain information in a portable electronic format;

  • opt out of marketing;

  • complain to a data-protection authority.

Where the UK GDPR applies, your rights depend on the purpose and lawful basis for the processing.

Residents of certain US states may have additional rights where the relevant state law applies, including rights to access, correct or delete personal data and opt out of certain targeted-advertising activities.

We do not sell personal data.

To exercise a privacy right, email isabel@aspect33.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required by law or needed for legal claims.

You may complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner. Where the UK GDPR applies, you may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

14. Marketing

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us.

You may still receive necessary communications about an active booking, purchase, subscription or engagement.

15. Children

Our website and services are intended for adults aged 18 and over.

We do not knowingly offer services to or intentionally collect personal data from anyone under 18.

16. Changes and contact

We may update this Privacy Notice when our services, providers or legal obligations change. The current version will be published on our website with its latest revision date.
