Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before booking or participating in any service offered by Isabel Styles, operating through Aspect.33 GmbH (“Isabel Styles”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By booking, purchasing, or participating in any session, container, program, or group journey (online or in person), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full, together with our Privacy Policy.

1. Scope of Services

Isabel Styles provides transformational, somatic, energetic, and consciousness-based services, including but not limited to:

  • The Heart Journey Intensive (soul-level transformation containers)

  • Bespoke or individual transformation sessions

  • New Moon Heart Journeys (group voice-led energetic experiences)

  • Voice-led transmissions, somatic practices, and energetic activation

Services may be delivered online via Zoom or similar platforms, or in person where applicable.

These services are not therapy, counselling, psychology, psychiatry, medical treatment, hypnotherapy, or coaching, and are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.

2. Eligibility

  • All services are offered exclusively to adults aged 18 years and over.

  • Isabel Styles does not work with minors.

  • By booking, you confirm that you are legally able to consent to this work.

3. Nature of the Work & Disclaimer

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Isabel Styles does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.

  • Isabel Styles does not prescribe medication or provide medical advice.

  • No specific outcomes or results are guaranteed.

Participation is voluntary, experiential, and self-directed. You remain fully responsible for your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being, and for any decisions or actions arising from participation.

If you are under the care of a medical or mental health professional, you are advised to continue that care and consult them as appropriate.

4. Client Responsibility & Suitability

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information to the best of your knowledge

  • Disclose any relevant physical, mental, or emotional conditions that may affect your participation

  • Inform Isabel Styles of any significant changes to your health or circumstances

Isabel Styles reserves the right to refuse, pause, or terminate services if, in her professional judgment, participation is not appropriate, safe, or in the client’s best interest.

You may also pause or discontinue participation at any time.

5. Appointments, Containers & Structure

  • Session duration, container length, and structure vary by offering and are defined at the time of booking.

  • Some services require completion of an intake or consultation form prior to participation.

  • Ongoing support (e.g. voice support) is limited to the scope defined for each offering.

Late arrival (online or in person) does not extend session time.

6. Payments & Pricing

Full payment is required before a container or session begins. Payment plans are available by request and must be agreed in advance.

  • Payment methods include bank transfer and online card payment.

  • Payment plans require the first payment before work begins.

  • Missed or late payments may result in a pause or termination of services.

  • All services are offered privately and are not covered by health insurance.

7. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

Individual Sessions

  • 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or non-attendance, are charged at 100% of the session fee.

Containers, Programs & Group Offerings

  • Containers and programs are non-refundable once commenced.

  • Missed sessions are not automatically rescheduled.

  • Payment plans remain due regardless of attendance.

All sales are final unless required otherwise by mandatory law.

8. Online Services & Technology Disclaimer

When participating online, you acknowledge that:

  • Services rely on third-party platforms (e.g. Zoom).

  • Isabel Styles is not responsible for technical disruptions beyond her control.

  • You are responsible for creating a safe, private, and uninterrupted environment.

9. Confidentiality & Data Protection

Personal data is handled in accordance with Swiss data protection law and EU GDPR, where applicable.

Where relevant, intake forms, session notes, or administrative records are stored securely and used solely for service delivery. Information will not be shared without your consent unless legally required.

In group offerings, participation is voice-only; however, confidentiality among participants cannot be guaranteed.

10. Anonymity & Group Participation

Group sessions are voice-only and do not use video. Participants may choose to remain anonymous by adjusting their display name on the online platform.

Isabel Styles cannot guarantee anonymity beyond the structure of the session and accepts no responsibility for personal information voluntarily disclosed by participants.

11. Recordings & Intellectual Property

  • Recordings may be provided where stated for personal use only.

  • All content remains the intellectual property of Isabel Styles / Aspect.33 GmbH.

  • Content may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

12. Conduct & Safety

Isabel Styles reserves the right to refuse or terminate services in cases of abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour.

No liability is accepted for loss or damage to personal property.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Isabel Styles / Aspect.33 GmbH is not liable for any direct or indirect loss or damages arising from participation. Participation is undertaken at your own risk.

14. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. The version in effect at the time of booking applies.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Swiss law.

For consumers, the place of jurisdiction is Zug, Switzerland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws apply.
For all other cases, Zug, Switzerland is the exclusive place of jurisdiction.

CLIENT AGREEMENT & PARTICIPATION WAIVER

This Agreement is entered into between Isabel Styles / Aspect.33 GmbH and you (“the Participant”).

By booking or participating in any service, you agree to the following:

1. Voluntary Participation

I understand that my participation is voluntary and experiential in nature. I am free to pause, modify, or stop participation at any time.

2. Not Medical or Therapeutic Care

I understand and acknowledge that the services provided:

  • are not medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment

  • do not replace professional healthcare or therapy

  • do not involve diagnosis or prescription

I agree to seek appropriate professional support where needed.

3. Personal Responsibility

I accept full responsibility for my physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being during and after participation.

I confirm that I will disclose any conditions or circumstances that may affect my participation and will consult a qualified professional if necessary.

4. No Guarantees

I understand that outcomes vary and that no guarantees are made regarding results, experiences, or changes. Testimonials or examples do not constitute promises of outcome.

5. Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that transformational and energetic work may involve emotional, psychological, or somatic experiences.

I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation, whether known or unknown.

6. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Isabel Styles / Aspect.33 GmbH, its representatives and associates, from any claims arising from my participation, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

7. Group Participation & Confidentiality

In group settings, I understand that I may voluntarily share personal information. I accept responsibility for what I choose to share and acknowledge that confidentiality among participants cannot be guaranteed.

8. Recordings

Where sessions are recorded and provided, I understand they are for my personal use only and remain the intellectual property of Isabel Styles / Aspect.33 GmbH.

9. Consent

By booking or participating, I confirm that:

  • I am over 18 years of age

  • I have read and understood this Agreement

  • I consent freely and knowingly to participate
