TERMS OF SERVICE
Isabel Styles – Aspect.33 GmbH

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before booking or participating in any service offered by Isabel Styles, operating through Aspect.33 GmbH (“Isabel Styles”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By booking, purchasing, or participating in any session, container, program, or group journey (online or in person), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full, together with our Privacy Policy.
1. Scope of Services
Isabel Styles provides transformational, somatic, energetic and consciousness-based services, including but not limited to:
The Heart Journey Intensive™ WORTH - CHF 15,000
The Heart Journey Intensive™ LIFE FORCE & DESIRE - CHF 18,000
The Heart Journey Intensive™ BESPOKE - by agreement
New Moon Heart Journeys, comprising group voice-led energetic experiences
Somatic, energetic, reflective, guided and consciousness-based practices
All prices are of the Immersions are in Swiss francs and exclude applicable Swiss VAT, which will be added where required.
The precise scope and inclusions of each engagement will be confirmed in writing before booking.
These services are not psychology, psychotherapy, psychiatry or medical treatment, and are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.
2. Eligibility and Nature of the Work
Services are available only to adults aged 18 or over.
The work is voluntary, experiential and self-directed. It is not psychology, psychotherapy, psychiatry, medical treatment or a substitute for professional healthcare.
Isabel Styles does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent medical or psychological conditions, prescribe medication or provide medical advice. No particular result is guaranteed.
You remain responsible for your choices, decisions and wellbeing. If you are receiving medical or mental health care, you should continue that care and consult your professional as appropriate.
3. Client Responsibility and Suitability
You agree to provide accurate information and disclose any relevant physical, mental or emotional condition that may affect your participation. You must also tell Isabel Styles about any significant change in your health or circumstances.
You may pause or stop participating at any time.
Isabel Styles may refuse, pause or end services where participation is considered unsuitable, unsafe, abusive or not in the client’s best interests.
4. Sessions, Immersions and Voice Support
The length and structure of each service are confirmed at booking. An intake or consultation form may be required.
Late arrival does not extend a session, although reasonable flexibility may be offered where time allows.
Where voice support is included, it is limited to brief reflection, clarification and support connected to the engagement. Messages may be sent through the agreed secure channel during the immersion and any stated integration period.
Messages are normally reviewed during working periods, with a response usually provided within one business day. Responses may take longer during weekends, public holidays, travel or notified absences.
Voice support is not an emergency, crisis, on-demand or continuous service. Complex or time-sensitive matters may be held for the next session or require an additional session. For urgent medical, psychological, legal or emergency help, contact the appropriate qualified service.
5. Payments and Additional Costs
Payment may be made by cash, bank transfer or online card payment.
Private immersions are payable in full before the work begins unless another written payment arrangement is agreed. Payment plans require the first payment before services begin. Late or missed payments may result in services being paused or ended.
Monthly subscriptions are charged automatically through Stripe until cancelled.
Services are private and are not covered by health insurance.
Travel, accommodation, venue hire, specialist services and other costs outside the agreed scope are not included unless expressly stated. Any material additional cost must be approved by the client in advance.
The client is responsible for international bank charges, currency-conversion costs and charges imposed by their bank or payment provider. No card-processing fee will be added unless disclosed and agreed before payment.
6. Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds
Individual sessions
At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. With sufficient notice, a session may be moved subject to availability.
A session cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed or joined too late to be completed meaningfully will be treated as used and charged in full.
A session is non-refundable once it has begun. Exceptional circumstances may be considered at Isabel Styles’ discretion.
Private immersions
Private capacity and preparation are reserved in advance.
You may pause or withdraw in writing, but this does not automatically create a right to a refund or cancel agreed payment obligations.
Once an immersion has begun, fees are non-refundable. Where instalments have been agreed, remaining instalments remain due unless mandatory law requires otherwise or a different arrangement is agreed in writing.
At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session within an immersion. A rescheduled session must normally take place within the original immersion period. Rescheduling does not extend the immersion or support period unless agreed.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed or joined too late will be treated as used and will not normally be rescheduled. Exceptional circumstances will be considered reasonably and in good faith.
New Moon Retreats, subscriptions and group programmes
A one-off purchase gives access only to the retreat or programme identified at booking. It becomes non-refundable once the live event begins or access to any recording, audio or digital material is provided.
Missing a live event does not automatically create a right to a refund, credit, transfer or recording.
A monthly subscription may be cancelled through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments already processed, partial months, unused access and missed events are not refunded except where required by law.
Any specific cancellation terms shown on a booking page take priority over this general section.
Cancellation or interruption by Isabel Styles
If Isabel Styles cancels a private session, it will be rescheduled where reasonably possible.
If a private immersion is temporarily interrupted by illness or another circumstance, it may be paused or extended by agreement.
If Isabel Styles cannot complete a paid immersion, the client will receive a proportionate refund for the undelivered part.
If a New Moon Heart Journey or other group offering is cancelled and no suitable alternative, new date or equivalent access is provided, the relevant payment will be refunded.
All cancellation and refund terms remain subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Online Services, Privacy and Confidentiality
Online services depend on third-party platforms such as Zoom. Isabel Styles is not responsible for disruption outside her control.
You are responsible for joining from a safe, private and uninterrupted space and for keeping private links secure.
Personal data is handled under applicable Swiss data-protection law and any other mandatory law that applies. Intake forms, application information, notes and administrative records are stored securely and used for delivering and administering services. Information is not shared without consent unless legally required.
Sensitive personal, corporate and strategic information shared during an application or initial discussion is confidential, whether or not an engagement proceeds.
Billing and general scheduling may use standard corporate email. Private engagement communications and documents may use a dedicated Proton mailbox and secure messaging services such as WhatsApp, Threema or another agreed provider, subject to the client’s privacy or corporate requirements.
Personal notes and application information may be deleted on written request where they are no longer needed for service delivery, legal compliance, accounting, contractual or legitimate record-keeping purposes.

Third-party payment
Where an employer, company, family office or another third party pays, the participating individual remains the client.
The paying party does not receive access to session content, private communications, personal information or progress updates without the client’s written consent, unless disclosure is legally required.
The paying party may receive information needed for contracting, invoicing and administration, including agreed confirmation of dates, attendance or completion.
Any organisational objectives, reporting arrangements or limits to confidentiality will be agreed in writing before the work begins. The paying organisation remains responsible for the agreed fees, while the participating client remains responsible for participation and compliance with these Terms.
8. Group Participation, Recordings and Intellectual Property
Group sessions are voice-only unless stated otherwise. Participants may use a different display name, but anonymity cannot be guaranteed. Each participant is responsible for what they choose to share.
Recordings are provided only where stated and are for personal use.
All recordings, practices, materials and content remain the intellectual property of Isabel Styles / Aspect.33 GmbH. They may not be shared, copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission.
9. Liability, Changes and Governing Law
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Isabel Styles / Aspect.33 GmbH is not liable for direct or indirect loss or damage arising from participation. Participation is undertaken at your own risk.
No liability is accepted for loss of or damage to personal property.
These Terms may be updated. The version in effect when you book applies.
These Terms and all services provided by Isabel Styles / Aspect.33 GmbH are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Zug, Switzerland, except where mandatory law gives the client the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
CLIENT AGREEMENT & PARTICIPATION WAIVER
This Agreement is entered into between Isabel Styles / Aspect.33 GmbH and you (“the Participant”).
By booking or participating in any service, you agree to the following:
1. Voluntary Participation
I understand that my participation is voluntary and experiential in nature. I am free to pause, modify, or stop participation at any time.
2. Not Medical or Therapeutic Care
I understand and acknowledge that the services provided:
are not medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment
do not replace professional healthcare or therapy
do not involve diagnosis or prescription
I agree to seek appropriate professional support where needed.
3. Personal Responsibility
I accept full responsibility for my physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being during and after participation.
I confirm that I will disclose any conditions or circumstances that may affect my participation and will consult a qualified professional if necessary.
4. No Guarantees
I understand that outcomes vary and that no guarantees are made regarding results, experiences, or changes. Testimonials or examples do not constitute promises of outcome.
5. Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge that transformational and energetic work may involve emotional, psychological, or somatic experiences.
I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation, whether known or unknown.
6. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Isabel Styles / Aspect.33 GmbH, its representatives and associates, from any claims arising from my participation, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
7. Group Participation & Confidentiality
In group settings, I understand that I may voluntarily share personal information. I accept responsibility for what I choose to share and acknowledge that confidentiality among participants cannot be guaranteed.
8. Recordings
Where sessions are recorded and provided, I understand they are for my personal use only and remain the intellectual property of Isabel Styles / Aspect.33 GmbH.
9. Consent
By booking or participating, I confirm that:

I have read and understood this Agreement
