Sessions are held online via Zoom, available worldwide, or in-person in Zürich. As experienced by many clients, distance does not diminish efficacy. Clients working remotely experience the same depth of shift as those working in person.

What is this exactly?

This is not coaching, therapy, mindset work, or strategy. We work at the level of your identity, energy, and nervous system. Through body-based practices and real-time attunement, we shift who you are being, so change happens from the inside out.

How is this different from executive coaching?

Executive coaching works on behaviour, performance, and goals. This works underneath all of that — at the level of identity, nervous system, and energetic patterning. Coaching asks what you want to do differently. This work shifts who you are being, so the doing reorganises and new behaviours follow naturally.

What happens in a session?

There is no set script or treatment plan. You will be guided through deep visualisation and body-based practices while I work with your energy and nervous system in real time. I meet you where you are, in every session. We identify and rewrite the internal patterns that have been driving your decisions without your awareness. You will leave each session feeling clearer and more settled.

Core is seven weeks, best for focused activation in one life pillar. Expanded is nine weeks, for deeper layers connected with intimacy and erotic intelligence. Bespoke is twelve weeks, completely customised, with support across multiple areas and greater fluidity.

Do you work with women and men?

Do I need to prepare anything?

A quiet, safe, and comfortable space for the session. No other preparation is needed. All that is required is your willingness to show up fully. Sessions are spaced approximately every 10 days to allow for integration. You will be supported with voice notes between sessions and for six weeks after completion.
