Where do sessions take place?

Sessions are held online via Zoom, available worldwide, or in-person in Zürich. As experienced by many clients, distance does not diminish efficacy. Clients working remotely experience the same depth of shift as those working in person.

What is this exactly?

This is not coaching, therapy, mindset work, or strategy. We work at the level of your identity, energy, and nervous system. Through body-based practices and real-time attunement, we shift who you are being, so change happens from the inside out.

How is this different from executive coaching?

Executive coaching works on behaviour, performance, and goals. This works underneath all of that — at the level of identity, nervous system, and energetic patterning. Coaching asks what you want to do differently. This work shifts who you are being, so the doing reorganises and new behaviours follow naturally.

This is for leaders, founders, partners, creatives who have already done inner work and are ready for something deeper. You are not looking to feel better temporarily. You are ready for a definitive shift in how you operate, relate, and lead.

What happens in a session?

There is no set script or treatment plan. You will be guided through deep visualisation and body-based practices while I work with your energy and nervous system in real time. I meet you where you are, in every session. We identify and rewrite the internal patterns that have been driving your decisions without your awareness. You will leave each session feeling clearer and more settled.

What results can I expect?

You will experience core shifts in the area you choose — relationships, self-worth, voice, erotic intelligence, or multiple pillars in the bespoke container. Clients have described outcomes including greater steadiness under pressure, clarity in relationships that had felt stuck for years, career moves they had been circling but could not land, and a deep internal quiet that was not there before.

What if the work doesn't feel like the right fit?

That is what the initial conversation is for. It is a genuine exploration. If it is not the right fit, I will say so. If we begin and something shifts in your circumstances, we will discuss it directly. This work requires mutual commitment, and that starts with honesty from both sides.

What is the difference between Core, Expanded, and Bespoke?

Core is seven weeks, best for focused activation in one life pillar. Expanded is nine weeks, for deeper layers connected with intimacy and erotic intelligence. Bespoke is twelve weeks, completely customised, with support across multiple areas and greater fluidity.

Do you work with women and men?

I work with humans. This work is not gendered. If you feel called, you are welcome.

Why are there no discounts?

The investment reflects the depth, precision, and energetic commitment this work requires — from both of us. Flexible payment plans are available for every tier.

What is this exactly?

This is not coaching, therapy, mindset work, or strategy. We work at the level of your identity, energy, and nervous system. Through body-based and shamanic practices and real-time attunement, we shift who you are being, so change happens from the inside out.

How is this different from executive coaching?

Executive coaching works on behaviour, performance, and goals. This works underneath all of that — at the level of identity, nervous system, and energetic patterning. Coaching asks what you want to do differently. This work shifts who you are being, so the doing reorganises naturally. That is why senior leaders who have invested significantly in coaching, therapy, and leadership programmes come to this work when something fundamental still has not moved.

This is for high-capacity leaders who have already done significant inner work and are ready for something deeper. You are not looking to feel better temporarily. You are ready for a permanent shift in how you operate, relate, and lead. If you have been in coaching, therapy, or personal development and still feel blocked at a level you cannot name, this is for you.

We also identify and rewrite the internal patterns that have been driving your decisions without your awareness. You will leave each session feeling clearer and more settled.

Do I need to prepare anything?

A quiet, safe, and comfortable space for the session. No other preparation is needed. All that is required is your willingness to show up fully. Sessions are spaced approximately every 10 days to allow for integration. You will be supported with voice notes between sessions and for six weeks after completion.

What results can I expect?

You will experience core shifts in the area you choose — relationships, self-worth, voice, erotic intelligence, or multiple pillars in the bespoke container. Your thoughts, energy, choices, and embodiment begin to reorganise to match your aligned identity. Clients have described outcomes including greater steadiness under pressure, clarity in relationships that had felt stuck for years, career moves they had been circling but could not land, and a deep internal quiet that was not there before.

If we begin and something shifts in your circumstances, we will discuss it directly. This work requires mutual commitment, and that starts with honesty from both sides.

Will my life fall apart?

Clients often experience clear shifts in areas that were already out of alignment. What no longer resonates tends to fall away gradually, and with relief rather than chaos. Clients describe these changes as clarifying and ultimately supportive, not disruptive.

The Heart Journey Intensive™

Somatic nervous system work, resonance, heart coherence and in-session guidance.

I pay particular attention to reoccurring beliefs, emotional responses, relationship dynamics and patterns that are difficult to recognise from within a situation.

The Heart Journey Intensive™ has evolved from over two decades of devoted research, professional training, cross-cultural experience, international clients, and personal inquiry.

Metamorphosis.

The Pathways

BESPOKE is a monthly engagement for an inquiry that is evolving and not suited to a predetermined timeframe.

WORTH and LIFE FORCE are immersions tailored to the change you need to make and the level of support required to make it, within a focused timeframe.

Each immersion combines extended private one-to-one sessions and ongoing voice support. The work continues between conversations, as new responses are experienced across your relationships, business, decisions and circumstances.

Integration support continues for six weeks after the immersion.

No frameworks and no treatment plans.

BESPOKE

Highly tailored for individuals navigating consequential periods in their business or personal lives.

This may be a demanding chapter in business: a question of control and responsibility, during or after a funding round, a change in investor or board dynamics, or a significant personal change and an increased feeling of vulnerability.

Or it may come after success, where much of life has been focused on external achievements and you are ready to explore your internal world more deeply. Here the work becomes more personal: exploring meaning, identity, contentment, inner peace, and the connection to the numinous.

Fee: CHF 8,000/month | USD 10,000/month

10 Weeks

LIFE FORCE IMMERSION

Over time, sustained pressure and focused energy on your external world have depleted your vitality and capacity to feel fully alive. You are functioning outwardly under high pressure, but inwardly you are running on exhaustion, feeling emotionally flat, a sense of loneliness and perhaps finding compulsive ways to switch off.

You find the connection back to yourself in a way that allows for emotional stability. Power, desire and vitality begin to move together again.

10 week tailored immersion & 6 weeks integration support.

Fee: CHF 18,000 | USD 22,000

7 Weeks

WORTH IMMERSION

You perform at high levels and you still doubt yourself.

Greater visibility, achievement and recognition can intensify that self-doubt, and contribute to anxiety.

Your sense of worth becomes anchored internally. You lead from a place of greater clarity, fulfilment and inner stability.

7 week tailored immersion & 6 weeks integration support.

Fee: CHF 15,000 | USD 19,000
